In our 40 minute sessions, we’ll go through a series of Pilates-based moves meant to stretch and strengthen. My class is all-levels, so if you’ve never taken a class of this kind before, you’re in good hands! All you need is a mat (or carpet) and you’re set.

Through all of life’s changes, strength-building has kept me grounded.
Fitness has pulled me out of my darkest days and it’s my goal to give others the same opportunity. Over the past five years, I’ve gone from group fitness fanatic to part-time barre instructor to full-time HIIT/TRX/pilates coach to a manager of a studio in Manhattan. By mastering so many different exercise styles, I’ve learned to love movement in its many forms.
My style of virtual instruction is especially effective because, well, I’m a writer at my core. Describing a move, position, or sensation that you should be feeling comes naturally to me.
I want my clients to trust that there are workouts that they will love. That a relationship with fitness can be purely positive and free of guilt and shame.

As a customer if you cancel 48 hours after you have booked a session with a guide you will get a 50% refund. If you cancel before the 48 hours you receive your full refund. Customers also receive full refunds whenever a guide cancels
