Learning How to De-Stress
The brain needs breaks, it needs downtime to maintain its function. By design, our nervous system requires quiet time to reboot. We all know it, and yet we can’t make time to do it because it just doesn’t seem to fit. Here’s how you make it fit: show your employees how much you value their wellbeing by giving them this powerful reset. Make it part of their workday. It’s a win win: you’ll have happier and more productive employees. They’ll feel better, calmer, and cared for.
This 60 minute session is accessible to all, though participation is limited to 30 people.
The session will begin with 25 minutes of gentle movement and discussion; Amy will then instruct everyone to find a comfortable laying down position. Ideally, every person should be prepared to lay on the floor (preferable over a bed or a couch).
Amy Wolfe is a corporate lawyer turned meditation, yoga & pilates teacher. Amy’s first encounter with yoga was nearly twenty years ago, in her hometown of Mexico City. Amy’s offerings also include workshops, retreats and movement accessible to all.

As a customer if you cancel 48 hours after you have booked a session with a guide you will get a 50% refund. If you cancel before the 48 hours you receive your full refund. Customers also receive full refunds whenever a guide cancels
How to Experience Seshie
Please make sure you and your team members have Zoom downloaded. After you book a seshie in the confirmation email you will receive details providing the Zoom link and password information.
