After years in governmental and non-profit work, I left my communications career to coach others in the fitness and wellness space.
I believe in joyful movement; a notion that every person deserves a fitness experience without punishment or guilt. Health can be achieved at any size. I approach this craft with humor, tough love and ultimately, want my clients’ to leave their session feeling stronger.
I am a total body conditioning, cycling, and running coach. Certifications include: NASM, AFAA Group Fitness, NESTA Kettlebell Coach, Schwinn® Indoor Cycling MPOWER™ with WATTS, and TRX Suspension.
Beyond my professional life, I am an eating disorder survivor and advocate, bookworm and crunchy peanut butter aficionado.

As a customer if you cancel 48 hours after you have booked a session with a guide you will get a 50% refund. If you cancel before the 48 hours you receive your full refund. Customers also receive full refunds whenever a guide cancels
